Kuali Research (KR) System

  • Kuali Research Access Request Management (ARM) form
    Link takes you to the Access Request Forms for MSU. Please click on Enterprise Business Systems (EBS) Access Requests and use the KR Unit Roles form. You can click More Information at the access request form and find descriptions of the Kuali Research Administration Roles. Roles can be added and removed using this form.

  • Adding Keywords

    Web form for requesting the addition of keywords to the KR system*

    *If you have multiple keywords that you'd like to add all at once, as an alternative option you can complete this and email the spreadsheet to the KR Helpdesk, KRHelpdesk@msu.edu.

  • Adding Non-MSU Employees, Performance Sites or Other Organizations

    Web form for requesting the addition of non-MSU employees or performance sites that need to be included in a Grants.gov proposal to the Kuali Research Address Book.* Typically you would add a Performance Site if there were additional locations where the project is taking place, however the location isn't for a subawardee on the project. Other Organizations is typically where you would add a location for a subawardee on the project.

  • Adding Sponsors

    Web form for requesting the addition of a sponsor to Kuali Research

  • Adding MSU Affiliates

    Web form for requesting the addition of MSU employees, or future employees, who need to be able to approve proposals and complete COI disclosures in KR. Typically applies to fellowship applicants or future faculty who are unable to complete the pre-onboarding process.

  • Adding ORCiD IDs

    Web form for requesting the addition of ORCiD IDs for MSU employees or students to their Person Record in Kuali Research. ORCiD is a digital identifier that distinguishes investigators and is beginning to be used by sponsors to track applications and publications.
